Kitted Phones: Back, battery, and travel charger are all included in generic retail boxes.

Tested Phones: 80% or more are likely to have a back and/or battery.

As-Is/Untested Phones: 50% or more are likely to have a back and/or battery. Chargers are not included.

Broken Phones: 20% or more are likely to have a back and/or battery. Chargers are not included.

    What shipping lines does Access Mobile use?
All shipments are shipped via FedEx ground. If there is enough product purchased to ship on a pallet then the customer will be contacted to discuss further shipment options.
    What defines a fully functional phone?
Fully functional phones have been tested for good:
  • Charge ports
  • LCD’s
  • Keypad
  • 611 test call
  • Camera (If applicable)
   What is the minimum quantity of phones I can order?
The minimum quantity of phones that can be ordered is 10 units.
    What is the condition of the battery?

All our batteries are tested and working, although we make no guarantees about the duration of battery life.

    Does my laptop come with the reformat disks?

We do not have reformat disks for all our laptops, laptops come with an original COA sticker with a unique CD key for your operating system, and most drivers can be easily found using your service tag.

    When does my warranty start?

All laptops come with a 30-day warranty, this can be extended up to 90 days. All warranties begin the day the laptop is delivered.

    Can I warranty my laptop longer than 90 days?
No.
    Are these laptops factory refurbished?

No, these laptops have not been refurbished to OEM standards. Theses are grade ‘A’ used laptops meaning they have no major scratches or dents and have fully in tact cases with no major signs of wear. See our warranty agreement for a more detailed description of what we guarantee.

    Can I customize my order with an upgraded amount of memory or a bigger hard     drive?

    When will my laptop be shipped?

Most orders are shipped the same day, however it may take up to two business days.

    I'm local; can I pick up and save on shipping?
