Fully Tested Phones: 70% or more are likely to have a back and/or battery.
Power Up/Test Call/Good LCD: 40% are likely to have a back and batteries.
As-Is/Untested Phones: 30% or more are likely to have a back and/or battery. Chargers are not included.
Broken Phones: 15% or more are likely to have a back and/or battery. Chargers are not included.
We don't include chargers with any product.

| What defines a fully functional phone? |
Fully functional phones have been tested for good:
• Charge ports
• LCD’s
• Keypad
• 611 test call
• Camera (If applicable)

| What defines an as-is/untested phone? |
As-is/untested is a common industry term meaning truly untouched by technicians and have not been tested. You will typically see around a 70% good yield on average from this stock. However, it does depend on the model.

| What defines a broken phone? |
Our broken/part & repair phones have 1 or more of the following issues:

| Are these phones in A, B, or C stock cosmetically? |
Our phones are primarily in B stock condition. There will be some A and C stock mixed in since we do not separate/pick out the different stocks.

| What shipping lines does Access Mobile use? |
All shipments are shipped via FedEx ground. If there is enough product purchased to ship on a pallet then the customer will be contacted to discuss further shipment options. If you have a FedEx account number, we will gladly use it per your request.

| Is there a minimum quantity of phones I can order? |
Yes. The minimum quantity of phones that can be ordered is $250 and must be at least 15 units. |
