	All kitted cell phones have a 60 day warranty for powering up with good LCDs and full phone functionality.		All laptops that sell for over $200.00 have a 30 day warranty for powering up with good LCDs.

	PLEASE NOTE that for certain cell phones not all features of the cell phone will be fully functioning if the cell phone has been flashed to a new carrier. Please contact the sales person with any questions related to the warranty.		PLEASE NOTE Access Mobile is not responsible for software malfunctions or issues. All hardware of notebooks sold for over $200.00 are covered in our 30 day warranty.



	All kitted cell phones are packaged in individual retail boxes and complete with a charger & battery.		All laptops are packaged with a power cord.
